The Company may collect personal information when you register for one or more of its products or services. However, the Mini Monster Mayhem app does not prompt you for any registration and registration is not required for the app to function.
The Mini Monster Mayhem app may collect or transmit information about your device as it pertains to ad services (see the following section). It does not use camera or contact lists of your device. The app does allow for an optional name/alias associated with scores submitted to its services. However, the name is optional and scores are submitted as Anonymous by default.
MOONSHOT Technologies LLC uses information for the following general purposes: to customize the content you see, fulfill your requests for products and services, improve our services, contact you, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal use.
The app may use small files and local storage to track scores, progress and other app related information to improve your app experience.
Information posted to the high scores site is considered to be information you freely choose to disclose about yourself and will be treated as public information with no expectation of privacy regarding that data.
The Company reserves the right to use and disclose the collected, non-personal data for purposes of advertising by the Company or the Company’s partners and contractors.
The Company may employ third party ad serving technologies that use certain methods to collect information as a result of ad serving through Services.
The Company or third parties operating the ad serving technology may use demographic and geo-location information as well as information logged from your hardware or device to ensure that relevant advertising is presented within the Service. The Company or third parties may collect and use data, for such purposes, including but not limited to, data such as IP address, Device ID, MAC address, installed software, application usage data, hardware type, Operating System information, browser information, unique identifiers in browser cookies, Flash cookies, and HTML5 local storage, Internet and on-line usage information and in-game information.
The foregoing data may be used and disclosed in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the privacy policy of the company providing the ad serving technology.
The Company may display to you behaviorally targeted advertising. If you want to be certain that no behaviorally targeted advertisements are displayed to you, please do not use the app.
Some services may include the use of in-game advertisements or brand placement. Such ads or sponsorships will be noted as such within the services.
The Company does not knowingly collect information from children under age 13.
Please note that the Company’s partners may have their own policies related to tracking technologies for analytics and ad-serving purposes. While the Company requires that companies comply with the Company’s privacy policy, the Company does not actually control third-party data collection and use. The Company encourages parents to review the app prior to a child's use and determine for themselves the appropriateness of the app.
MOONSHOT Technologies LLC does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:
The Company limits access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.
MOONSHOT Technologies LLC may update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by issuing an update to the app and referencing the policy update in the upgrade notes.
