The Company may collect personal information when you register for one or more of its products or services. However, the Story Crossroads: Knight's Passage app does not prompt you for any registration and registration is not required for the app to function.
The Story Crossroads: Knight’s Passage app does not collect or transmit any information about your device. It does not use camera, geographical location, or contact lists of your device. The only piece of privacy information used by the application is gender. The gender selection portion of the application is saved on the device and its only function is to present the user with a gender-specific avatar.
MOONSHOT Technologies LLC uses information for the following general purposes: to customize the content you see, fulfill your requests for products and services, improve our services, contact you, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal use.
The Company does not contact children under age 13 about special offers or for marketing purposes without a parent's permission.
The Company does not ask a child under age 13 for more personal information, as a condition of participation, than is reasonably necessary to participate in a given activity or promotion. The Story Crossroads: Knight's Passage app does not request any personal information of children beyond specifying gender. Gender information is requested only for the purposes of customizing the user experience.
MOONSHOT Technologies LLC does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:
The Company limits access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.
MOONSHOT Technologies LLC may update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by issuing an update to the app and referencing the policy update in the upgrade notes.
